Call Time: 2:30 PM (Must soundcheck prior to 3:30 PM Prelude)

Gear: Bring a Small PA system for the Ceremony + Cocktail area. Since cocktails are in the same spot, this setup makes the most sense. Bring all MP3s, connectors, and wireless mics to patch into the on-site Digital X sound system.

Schedule: Play Cocktail hour, join B&G at 6:15 PM for "Jubilee" Grand Entrance, then break until Pyro Sax for the evening/dinner. Pyro Sax to stay for the evening.

Dinner starts at 6:30 PM and you'll finish by then.

I'd recommend we start playing about 10-15 MInutes into people starting to arrive as they all slowly finish in a s stagemented timeline.

We will have a bongo & B Banner for promo up so try and roam the venue and also stay around the banner and push people to scan it :)

Most likely, jamming with the DJ tracks for cocktails.

Eat some buffet dinner after and stick around if you'd like! I'm sure people will want to talk and chat with you, and you can refer them to B&B with cards + our CTA with the banners

Al will also have a large stack of B&B new business cards to give you so you have on hand for any future B&B Gigs!
